Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee being charged. This policy allows us to manage our diary effectively and offer appointments to other clients on our waiting list.
Patch Testing Policy
For your safety, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before any eye treatment, including tinting, lash lifts, eyelash extensions, brow lamination, and microblading.
If you have not had this specific treatment with us within the last 6 months, or if your medical history or products used have changed, a new patch test will be required.
